外挂的歌词特效对机器的硬件性能要求比较高，如果播放时出现闪烁，请尝试调节VSFilter的buffer为0（如下图）

其中Standalone Filters - Win32/64内含独立的VSFilter.dll。
另外，可以尝试使用libass渲染字幕的mplayer（http://mplayer-ww.com/），CPU占用率相对来说要小一些。
