我不是讨厌OREAQ才自压的。（说我傲娇的自己是傲娇。）

自己测试了8bit下AQ=3对于暗场码率分配好于负值的OREAQ，OQEAQ要是暗场达到与AQ=3的时候在过亮的时候就会出现block而AQ=3这一点很好。

关MBTREE下60FPS的体积会高出很多，开MBTREE虽然体积差不多，但是整体的QP会降低。
