電視動畫《足球小將》改編自高橋陽一原作的同名漫畫。動畫完全重製，由david production負責製作，於2018年4月3日起每週二在東京電視台、愛知電視台首播。
本作品描述轉學進入南葛小學的天才足球少年大空翼，在與若林源三、日向小次郎等來自全國的對手們的戰鬥中，逐漸成長蛻變為獨擋一面的足球運動員。
