《 K SEVEN STORIES Episode2「SIDE:BLUE～猶如天狼～」》故事描述，赤之王與青之王衝突之末，為南關東帶來前所未有的災害「迦具都事件」。十多年後的今天，事件的倖存者善條剛毅，隸屬於新任青之王宗像禮司領導的 Scepter4 的邊陲單位。宗像知道善條並不信賴取代舊主成為新任青之王的自己，於是委託他為新進隊員・楠原剛指導劍術。而面對數量遽增的異能者事件，宗像亦決定成立選拔部隊「特務隊」來因應──。
