乍一看线条锐利纹理丰富，仔细一看全是晕轮和烂噪，中后期作画质量也逐渐下滑，更加剧了情况。全片不少场景有较强的动噪，但编码效率却很有限，UV 平面尤其不行，严重欠码的同时还青一块紫一块。原生分辨率大致是 900，但 J.C.STAFF 滥用锐化和噪点导致画面误差很高，逆向拉升重构效果堪忧。因此我们采取了基础但较为激进的常规手段进行了处理，消除大部分晕轮，完成抗锯齿去色带，再辅以神经网络算法修复欠码、重建重度受损的线条，同时改善 UV 平面质量。由于噪点意义不明，我们进行了彻底的降噪，随后重建了噪点层，以限制总体码率。
At first glance, the lines appear sharp and the texture rich, but a closer look reveals it's full of haloing and grain blocking. This situation is further exacerbated by a decline in sakuga quality in the latter half of the show. Many scenes throughout have strong dynamic noise, but the encoding efficiency is very limited. The chroma planes are particularly poor, suffering from insufficient bitrate and exhibiting patches of blue and purple. The native resolution is approximately 900, but J.C. STAFF's overuse of sharpening and noise leads to high picture error, making the effectiveness of descaling and reconstruction questionable. Therefore, we took a basic yet aggressive pre-processing approach. We removed most of the haloing and performed anti-aliasing and de-banding. This was supplemented by a neural network algorithm to repair artifacts from insufficient bitrate, reconstruct heavily damaged lines, and improve the quality of the chroma planes. As the noise served no clear purpose, we performed a complete denoising pass and then reconstructed a new noise layer to help control the overall bitrate.
